I have been here for a year now. Yes, they have remodeled the outside of the units nicely, but it was only a surface fix. The balcony's have new rails and new paint but they never refabed the floor boards of the patios, there are still rusty nails sticking up and splinters galore! The appliances are old and noisy. The plumbing is terrible. Everytime you ask for something to be fixed it takes forever and/or is done wrong (i.e. bathroom knob broke, put back on backwards!! Lock on outside!!) The management is snotty and impossible to reach on their archaic phone system. Just try to leave a message after business hours. I have paid different amounts on my rent nearly every month, and there is no explaination as to why it differs month to month!!! Ridiculous!! End of my lease is coming up soon, certain any place would be better than this place.

Managment changed about 2 years ago, as I left there. The new guy was definitely not that great, and seems to have not done well with the place. Majority of the units are not like the above - they're in great shape, fun place, nice pool & workout room, sauna, steamroom, and nice scenery on the grounds.
