I've been here for 15 months and thankfully I'm almost out of here.
You can heat EVERYTHING from the apartments upstairs, and I mean EVERYTHING... It's great in the middle of the night when youre sleeping peacefully and you can her your neighbors yelling and screaming, or even sneezing.
I think the price is too high for the size.
You have to at least call maintenance 3 times if you want something to be taken care of.
There's pine trees everywhere so get ready to remove sap from your car or to pay $25 a month for a car port.
Poor insulation... I spend over $100 a month on electric bill on summer and I only keep my apartment at 80...
