This apartment complex has some good and bad features. GOOD-A quick response when you have a maintenance problem. BAD-They usually don't fix the problem on the first try & fix it cheap when they do. GOOD-Friendly staff and always willing to help. BAD-Friendly only gets you so far when they aren't prepared to resolve the problem. Don't expect them to return phone calls.

Basically I lived in this complex for a year, I was never late on my rent, abided by all their rules, despite my trashy neighbors that didn't, and pretty much minded my own business. Don't live on a lower level- you will hear every foot step of the person(s) above you. It's great when you have guests over. No utilities included, no matter what they might say. Heat and cooling are outrageous for a 900 sq ft apartment, so be prepared for that.

Whatever you do - Make sure you do the move in and move out inspection, even though they discourage you to do them. They charged us a ridiculous amount of money because they 3x3 walk-in tile didn't get swept up despite the spotless condition the apartment was in. That could've been easily fixed during walk through. DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE APARTMENT- the walk through will also help you make sure you don't leave anything behind. If you do, plan on never seeing it again- I know from experience.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. It's a halfway decent place to live but the management is terrible and does not value it's customers. The rent is too high for the half-rate quality living that you get there.
