This place is GHETTO!! Just nasty! Rude women in the office (Especially -------- and -------). They put your dryer right next to the stove so you have lint in all your food, not the brightest idea they could have. They will LIE to you about your rent, tell you it's way LOWER and RAISE it on you every month. I have had NOTHING but problems here. My outlets don't work half the time. There's a light on outside all the time that we have to pay for. My electric bill at my previous apt averaged 90 - here it's over 250! This place sucks. The manager is a rude evil hag. The landscaping needs work too, no flowers and there's dog poop everywhere you turn! If you move here, you're dumb - find a better place! Fogleman is the WORST!

As a former resident, we experienced the same problems. After moving to the Greens at Shawnee, Hwy 7 and Shawnee Mission Parkway, things are now very nice. If you visit tell them Don Siedenburg recommended the complex.
