I have been a resident at Hampton Woods for 2 years and haven't had any major problems during my stay. I have a had a few maintenance requests and they have all been handled without any issues. The only reason I am leaving Hampton Woods is that I have purchased a home. I really like the pretty landscaping in the summer.
