Hampton Woods

I have lived at these apartments for nearly a year and have found my experience here to be better than any other apartment that I have lived in. Trash service at the door so you don't have to take it to the dumpsters, only on weekdays and ignorant neighbors regularly take trash out friday afternoon and wonder why it stays there until monday, the maintenance is very nice if you are nice to them (imagine that) and in general I have found the management more than willing to help with any troubles if they are realistic and they are treated with respect. After reading the reviews I feel that many of the negative reviews come from people who didn't pick up after their dogs or left trash out and then got fined because they inconvenienced other residents with their own filth. and from my perspective it has made the place cleaner and better to live in so I thank them. If you want to take advantage of an apartment complex, don't move here they won't let you. If you are looking for a good place to live where they take care of maintanance issues within two days in my experience, and work until two in the morning on waterpipes when necessary, then this is a great place for you. I hate to be moving, but only doing so due to a new job.
