Hampton Woods

I relocated to KS from OH and choose this place because when I came out to look at apartments the model apartment was great it was overlooking the trees had a small living room but looked great. BUT when I moved into my apartment the screen to the patio had all kinds of holes in it, there were burn marks in the carpet, cat or dog food stuck between the dryer and the wall, and I constantly had to put in work orders to come have my place strayed because there were little ants and spiders all the time! I also had problems keeping a phone line because their wires were so old anytime it rained, or snowed my phone would short out. I would put in work orders but had to call 2 or 3 times just to get them to come out. Not to mention the time I came home to water in the hallway soaking up the carpet because the water heater was leaking! Needless to say now make how much I cleaned, sprayed, bleached, and disinfected the apartment to bugs kept coming back and I can not take bugs so as soon as I could I got out of there never to look back. O yeah and don't get me started on this mystery water company that we paid to based off your buildings consumption not your own! I moved out 6 months ago and I'm still waiting on my depsoit!!!!!
In short, DON'T DO IT!
