Haverford West

This place use to be one of the nicest places to live but not so much any more . . .
The carpets are old, and stained . . . It takes them FOREVER to fix anything . . . one summer it took them the WHOLE summer to fix the dishwasher . . . A lot of the maintenance work is very shoddy.
The whole time I lived here the toilet was broken, always ran and it WOBBLED! The air-conditioning never worked right . . . In the winter expect very thick ice on the INSIDE of the windows and sliding glass doors . . . They have a very bad leak problems . . . I moved from one Apt because of a very bad leak they never could seem to fix to another one that leaked too and they never did fix the damage from it . . .

The neighbors are starting to get out of hand too . . . You can see people sitting outside drinking and leaving their beer bottles and trash on the grounds . . . There has been car break-ins, break-ins to the storage units . . . the washer and dryers almost never work . . . I could go on and on but you get the gist . . .

At one time this use to be a nice quiet safe place to live but not anymore . . . Its quite sad too because its in a great location, and Laura the manager is the best and very helpful . . .
