In the time that I've lived here I've seen this place go from bad to worse and that's because the manager doesn't care. I was desparate to find a place quickly and this was the first place I found but I'm regretting it more and more each day. I've had continuous problems with more than 1 neighbor since the day I moved in. He would have loud parties and have his surround sound on as loud as possible (who needs a surround sound when you live in an apartment anyways'). I was told that he would be out soon because he only had a 6 month lease and that the manager wouldn't allow him to sign another lease. Yeah right! He's still here and still loud!!!! They will tell you anything that you want to hear just to make a buck. And their repairs are the same way...when it's convenient and the cheapest, easiest, quickist way. Such a disappointment. Don't expect to sleep at night, your neighbors won't let you. They'll keep you up or wake you up all night no matter what measures you take and the managers won't say a word about it. In the lease, you agree to a quiet time between 10pm and 7am. That's a bunch of b.s. too! And don't expect to come home after 6pm and find a close parking spot. You'll have to park at a completely different building and walk. Cars playing loud music come and go constantly. It's not a place you want to live with a small child (I know, I have one), it's a party place for young immature adults. Parties start overflowing outside and don't be surprised to see people smoking pot or drinking beer, that's a common thing around here. I have neighbors that sell it to KIDS!!! 12 and 13 year olds coming and going buying this stuff! These people should be stopped! But is the manager willing to lose a dollar, hell no. And also, the pool appears to be clean but each time I took my child to swim he became ill. It's also a hang out for the perverted men. Don't expect to spend time playing safely with your kids. Don't move hear, it's not worth the troubles!
