I wonder if the previous person really even lives here or if she is just blind. PEOPLE WAKE UP!!! Let me just suggest that before you sign a lease come check out the place late on a Friday or Saturday night. Just sit and watch all the activity that goes on and it will prove what I have stated previously. But hey, maybe that mom is into those kinds of activities so it's not a problem to her. Just be wise in your decisions. There are much better places with much less problems.
