I'm going on my 3rd year here. It has had its management changes and i think that that may be the reason for some of the bad reviews. My first leasing lady was Laura Ball and she was wonderful. We now have a man named Shawn. I don't know much about him. I have rarely had problems w/ my apt. When I do the maintenance staff is punctual and friendly. The only thing that I really don't like is my heating/cooling unit. It's just this giant toaster looking thing attached to the wall in my living room. It has one tiny vent to send air into my bedroom. And there is no happy medium w/ the heat or air. It's either on or off. On the up side, it is very efficent. My power bills are very low. As w/ any place there are ups and downs. Overall my 3 years have been a positive experience.
