Not bad for the money

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I knew I was moving into a cheap older apartment when I moved in, so any of the problems I have had were things I expected anyway. All in all, its a lot of space for really cheap. I haven't had any issues with cockroaches, although we do get ants.

The basements laundry rooms ARE pretty disgusting and creepy though.
