I can honestly say, that in two years, (two seperate years) I never saw a cockroach. My husband used to live here with his roommate Travis when we started dating. I remember thinking that his place was pretty decent for as cheap as it was. It was always pretty well maintained, with the exception of a broken dishwasher for a little while, ...Anyways, The only bugs we ever saw were a few spiders, and that's fairly normal for an older basement apartment next to the woods. WE WERE SO PLEASED, IN FACT, THAT 6 MONTHS BEFORE OUR WEDDING, WE DECIDED TO MOVE BACK IN. The rates aren't bad and, for an older complex, it's fairly nice. Don't listen to all the terrible reviews, if you really want to see for yourself, just ask for a tour. They'll take you to any building so see for yourself!
