Kings Cove Apts are horrible. Being a single mom I was unfortutately unable to move due to money issues. I had to stay for 4 miserable years. ------------& ----- are royal rags. Totally unreliable and rude. My apt had roaches,super outdated appliances that always were breaking down,and mold..lots of mold.Not to mention very undesireable people for neighbors.The head maintence guy ------------ is totally incompatant. His sidekick ---- an older gentleman I feel sorry for. He was always cleaning up ------------ messes. He was very overworked and Im sure very underpaid.This complex is very unsafe for everyone. Especially elderly or children. I have contacted the main office and dealt with ------- many times. She is very rich and ditzy. She could care less about the living conditions in these apartments.The ammenities are gross.Nobody cleans the fitness area.The pool is disgusting both indoor and outdoor.Unattended kids everywhere.In my years there there were several robberies,car thefts,2 rapes,and many many parking lot bouts.Dont move here. You will be sorry you did.
