I seen lots of mice but never a rat! till I lived at this ---- hole and I live on the top floor, ------ management, getto, no lights at night, I have a nice drug dealer across the hall that parties all night long, someone hit my car in the parking lot and took off{I think it was the non speaking english guy down stairs} roof leaks in my bedroom, heater had a gas leak...good times!LOVE IT
