This place is just dirty and falling apart- cockroach problems- they will make sure it gets sprayed, but it never gets better only worse- *THEY NEED TO SPRAY THE WHOLE BUILDING* No one cleans the hallways they are GROSS, they will tell you they are going to remodel them HA! The grounds in general are just awful-there is trash ALL OVER! The appliances are old and outdated-( although I hear some have been remodeled ) Cars are always having their windows smashed out- I've lived most of my adult life in apartments and this place is THE WORST- It truly is the ghetto of Overland Park... Space is very nice- some of the biggest apartments I've seen for the price ( which is being raised now ) but the cons far outweigh the pros... Don t take my word for it, please come by and ask to look at an apartment- be sure to check for roaches- they DO have them BAD- don't let them tell you they don t!
