Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2006
 
I lived there for 10 years, and although there were quite a few management changes, the maintenance is quick and efficient, and get to know you by name, it has a decent-sized pool and floor plans, and is very close to shopping and the highway. It's a good complex to live in, adult and kid-friendly alike.
