I have been living here for almost 2 months now. So far I like it a lot. I live in a studio and I think it is very roomy for being a studio. All my friends and family said its the most spacious studio they have seen. The complex itself is pretty peaceful; no loud crazy people or drama...at least not yet. On nice days, you will hear kids playing in the middle courtyard, that is if you get a balcony apt. I can also hear my neighbor snoring if I am in the bathroom at the right time, but its not too bad. lol
When I first moved in, there were a couple issues I had to contact maintenance for, but nothing too terrible and they took care of my calls in a timely manner. The office gals are very friendly and helpful. I am one of those people who always have questions and want to make sure I understand everything, I have called the office on several occassions with random questions and they have always been nice; never irritated with me.
If I had one thing to "complain" about, it would be that the parking lot could be better lit up. When I park, there is only a light above the door to my building, and its kind of creepy walking to the door becuz its kind of dark at nightSo far.
Hopefully I will continue to enjoy living here!
