lived there with a leak for almost all year, when I was signing my lease, I overheard the leasing manager discussing the pot she had for mother to try just outside the entrance, when I left I saw the mother go to an apt right across the leasing office. unsafe conditions and unprofessional staff.

I completely know what you are talking about. She (Kasey) doesn't hide it, does she..... Very unprofessional. Too bad for El Con. She gives them a bad name!!
