I have been here for about 7 years and have never had the problems these people are talking about. I moved into a top level apartment when I first came here. There was a small leak when we had a very hard rain and it was fixed within a week. Later I moved into a lower level because I have arthritis and couldn't handle the stairs anymore. I have never had a problem in my current apartment and I think the staff is great. Maintenance is quick and efficient and very skilled and the office staff is very nice. The new manager is not as nice as the past managers but she's not horrible! I think that these past tenants just had a run of bad luck. I have talked with other long term and even new residents and none of them have these complaints either.
