I have lived here for over 10 years and as long as I intend to stay in an apartment this is where I will be. The maintenance staff is always very curtious and anytime I have a problen all I have to do is call and most of the time before I get home from work it is done. Even when I have had a problem with excessive noise it has ben handled with the utmost discreetness. There is problems anywhere you go but I highly recomend these apartments to anyone. The management staff has always been above board with me.

then your a rare one. everyone i know that lives thre hates it. most of the basement apartments floos out when it rains and they knowingly rent those apts out without disclosing the water problem. oh ya and in 2005 they set my place on fire and i had to relocate. they did not even bother to call me at work. i came home with nothing to come home to. i had to live with a sever water leak for 4 years that they never fixed. i finally had to split due to the mold causing me health issues. oh ya. the roaches! they had many roaches. some building worse than others. if you lived there 10 years with no problems then you are lucky. i consider that place the slum of johnson county.

Your the rare one. If you had roaches than you must have brought them in. Those buildings are treated every 4 months whether or not we had roaches. As for the basement apartments flooding, if they did then it is because you didn't keep your floor drain clear and that is the tenants responsibility. And for the fire, the staff is not that ignorant to set there own apartments on fire. I heard that fire was due to tenants neglect.

I have live in this apartment complex for over 3 years now and had never had any problems that wwere not fixed right away. I agree with the other review that if u had a roach problem then u must have brought them in yurself becouse my apartment is exteriminated aleast every 4 months to help prevent ppl like u bringing in the roaches!! In my basement apartment i had never had any floods but then again i actually clean my patio drain as is stated in the lease agreement! As far as u not living here anymore it is great becouse now more injoyable ppl can be here that don't bring in the bugs and follows what the lease says!
