I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The place has had leaks since I moved in, that they kept saying would get fixed and never did. They just bandaided them. My ceiling over my dining room table is peeling and falling down because of the leaks. There is a huge hanging bubble of ceiling in my living room that I put on my list when I first moved in that never got fixed.
The main reason I don't recommend is because the maintenance men are not extremely nice at least one in particular. Also, I was home one day and did not hear the door knock and I usually do, and found one of the maintenance men was in my kitchen. I was home alone and it was not comfortable. Thank goodness I am moving soon.

I have lived here for 3 years and never had a problem with the maintenance men. They always have knocked and were very courteous and polite to my wishes. If I wasn't home I always trusted them to enter on a work order knowing they would leave me a notice stating they were in my apartment and what they did. Maybe it was the way you came across to them for them to supposedly act the way they did to you.

I have been here for several years and have had absolutely no problems with the staff. Maintenance is always very kind and helpful. Anytime I call for a repair they are on it immediately. As far as them coming in when I have been home they always knock loud and announce themselves. I can honestly say that the staff is the main reason I am still here.
