Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
First, before you even look at the apartment look at the basements. They are SCARY!!! Cobwebs, mold, water damage and just plain filth. Managment is rude and not professional AT ALL. Also this property is managed by Perterson Companies and they also own Thousand Oaks and Kings cove. check out this web site www.planetkc.com/jennifer.s and see the water damage and mold behind all the tiles and under the floor. They have no drainage on the roofs they just cover thier leaky roofs with white plastic. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you like mold infestation and water damage. PS- you can tell that last post was OBVIOUSLY posted by MANAGMENT!!!!!
