This place isn't that bad especailly if you need a place to live that isn't that expensive. I could be lucky w/ the people that live in my building b/c it is never loud. That last place I lived I could hear everything.

The maintenance isn't really the best...they do seem as though you are bothering them to have them come and fix something.

The apartments are a pretty good size for the price and are pretty cute w/ the bookshelves and fireplace.

Utilites are low....which is always good.

I would have to agree about the tennis court being a mess. I played out there once and there are so many cracks it is unsafe. I hurt myself playing and had to go to the emergency room...so stay away from that.

The pool is a nice good size pool, however I think they could make it a bit nicer out there.

For the most part it's a nice place to live...there are a lot worse apartments than this place
