Fox Run Apartments is not a good place to live for many reasons. Having read other reviews I'm almost in complete agreement. Reasons I'm moving at the end of my lease:
1. Very noisy, either from 75th st, or my neighbor who apparently doesn't have ear drums.
2. Old apartments, and it shows. My carpet had stains on it when I moved in. Outdated decorating. Very poor insulation, I could see my vertical blinds moving from the amount air coming in from outside. My toilet didn't flush correctly, so their solution was to hold down the handle longer. My shower would run fine for a while, then incredibly hot for a while, then run normal. Complained about it SEVERAL times, but the only thing they ever did to fix it was replace the shower head, and the problem still persisted.
3. Expensive, $445 for a stuido'
Reasons why I would move back to Fox Run.
1. Good location
2. Facilities, several pools available, including the sister sites at Kings Cove and Thousand Oaks.
