Counting down the days until my lease is up. I am on the second floor and the hallway smells like someone died and it is never the right temperature. Aside from this, they have ------ amenities. Pool is OK size, but there is nothing to really pee your pants about. Sound does carry and my deck has so old that I am deathly scared of walking out on my balcony. It is so old and rotting. I agree, when you run through all the problems at the beginning, no effort is taken to fix those things. The management is unprofessional. My lease manager is condescending and rude. They must just hate their jobs that much. It's still a business, it should conduct itself as one.

The location is not so desirable. The only restaurants around are grease bathing roach houses. Good luck with your wonderful new endeavor if you decide to rent here. GOOD LUCK PARTNER!

Oh yes, how could I forget the balcony! We've had to hammer down SEVERAL nails that are sticking out from the wood shrinking/rot. I have ONE chair out there, but never venture outside. Truly scary.
