I've lived here almost 4years & am all in all very pleased. Staff is responsive most of the time, maintenance is good. Have never had any bug problems, like you see in so many places. I may be just lucky because I have nice neighbors, but from what I see, I think most of the complex is that way. I like the many large trees, & pond. I would recommend it as a good place for the price, especially w/utilities being so low.
