I've lived here for a year, just signed my second lease. The problems I have had- spiders seem to show up a lot. Two roaches within two days crept up in my apartment, almost giving me a heart attack. I just put some roach kill down, though, and I haven't seen one since. I had a BAD ant problem at one point, but I took care of that myself, also. My garbage disposal won't work at all. Behing my toilet, it looks like someone tried ripping it out of the wall. My patio door has a spot where bugs can get in pretty easily. My downstairs neighbor is so cracked out. He's the biggest reason why I'd move out.

Ok, the good- I've heard people not liking the staff, but I've really only dealt with one woman and she's really helpful and nice. The size of the apartment is nice for the price. The parking is great near my building, parking garage is close too, although not much lighting. I love my closet space. When I moved in here, the carpet was very clean, it was newly painted, smelled fine. With the exception of my weird neighbor below me, maybe I just picked a good building, because it's been working out ok.
