This place sucks. Plain and simple. The rent was awsome. We got a look and lease deal on a one BR 1 Ba. that was only 415.00 for the first year. The inside of the apartments arent bad, but the laundry rooms are like portals for homless it seems. The maintinace staff showed up like 2 weeks after being called, but when there, they did good. The mang. was terriable. I cant remember her name, but the black lady working in the office was about as dumb as you could get. She couldnt even find the building we were to move into when we went to look. If you want a cheap place, that has no upkeep, and decent parking...move on in. If you want to live in a good community, dont. Oh, and you better be able to speak spanish. And, There are it seems alot of potheads there, so beware of crooks.

Ah, hello genius....If I can't remember her name, thats about as good as a descrip. as you can get. She was the only one there. It wasn't racist or anything. If you got a problem with it, grow up. Now, had I used a slang word or something, I'd understand your problem. So, emartinez.....have a good day, and remember, never try to sound or come off as higher than others...because your not. Have a grear new year!!

She was the only black lady! Her name was Lori and she was an IDIOT!!!!! Everything that harleypoker said was true except he forgot to mention the MAJOR bug problem they have there! They don't spray quarterly at all! If your apartment needs to be sprayed you have to make an appointment, but the problem is, they don't spray every building like they need to! We had roaches and I'm the cleanest person you will meet! We were the only tennents in the whole building and when I called to ask them to spray I asked them to spray the whole building to avoid the problem and they refused!!!!! That's ignorance! The ---- hole laundry is a joke! I'd rather go to a laundrymat and waste my whole day than do laundry there! This place is HORRIBLE! The buildings are old and not kept up well AT ALL!!!! RUN FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I was there a few years ago and I am so not rasict by any means.. But she was dumber than dirt, and that's pretty hard to do.
