yeah... I was going to move in, all the paper work had been done. They decided that they weren't going to honor the $125 off the first month's rent, even though is was on the lease contract. They said some about they dont honor incorrect info. Well the lease is a legaly binding agreement, and they shouldn't have put it on there if there not going to go by the lease. Also the woman I dealt with was dumber than ----! She said she was "new", they must not train their people at all.
DO NOT RENT FROM PETERSON CO. APARTMENTS
