I've lived at Fox Run Apartments for about ten months now and I honestly don't have too many complaints. I will most likely be leaving them unfortunately due to I would prefer to have a washer/dryer in-unit rather then either sharing the laundry room downstairs, doing my laundry at the laundry mat which is literally just down the street, etc.

The parking is excellent. Even if I'm out late and come back I have never had to park too far from my door. The grounds are well taken care of though I don't exactly understand why they planted new flowers at the end of September/being of October but the thought was nice. Also, I live on the third floor and have a view overlooking a lovely batch of trees. It's complete privacy on my deck and the view is wonderful.

Most people complain about "--------" and whatnot living here, but there's nothing wrong with diversity. My building has every sort of ethnicity in it and I find that a good thing. The only complaint noise-wise that I can say is that my neighbor occasionally has his kids and (possibly ex-wife, not sure of their status) over and she seems to yell at them a lot. The only time I really hear her though is when I'm sitting in my livingroom without the t.v. or stereo on.

I've only had an issue with the management once, and that was just after I first moved in. I'm not sure if the individual is gone or not or whether she was just having a bad day but the management staff has always worked with me. In example, my autistic younger brother was going out of town and needed someone to watch his cat for a few days. Ironically the leasing office did my lease renewal walk-through during that time period and I don't have any pets of my own. I spoke with two individuals in management about the situation and after assuring them that my brother's cat was gone they were very reasonable. They didn't charge me a fine or anything.

The inside of my apartment was wonderful. All of the appliances, carpet, etc. were brand new and the walls repainted. The only complaint I have about the maintenance staff is somehow my deck caught on fire (we think it happened from something that might have came out of someone's chimeny on that windy night and landed on my deck) and the damage wasn't bad, but the boards that were damaged were never replaced. I can still go out on my deck and a maintenance person did come about to make sure everything was stable and safe. Overall though, my heater was having issues once and the maintenance person on call that night was there not even an hour later and had the issue resolved.

Overall, I don't have too many complaints regarding Fox Run and would continue to live here if I wasn't wanting an in-unit washer and dryer. I would recommend them to anyone.
