tenants are awful. it is scary to let your kids play outside due to so many fights and cops being called to haul away dead beats with warrants. roaches are rampant along with the people whose kids have constant head lice and leave it untreated. what they consider a swimming pool is really what tenants use to bathe their filthy children and pool smells like straight up ass. trash all over yards and balconies. looks like alcatraz and is worth a drive by just for a good laugh
