This was my first apartment will be moving out here in March. The building I was in is very quiet. Maintainence is very quick to respond. 3rd floor gets really warm in summer and the a/c runs non stop. Great value for the price. Huge one bedroom. Never had any problems with the office staff. The property manager lives across the hallway so all of our building's problems have been fixed ASAP. The only reason I want out is that everything is white. They do have some that have stained cabinets but not mine. The carpet has spots that won't come out. The place just shows it's age. Would stay if it were remodeled. Very convienient to almost everything.
