Nice place, nice management, great maintenance, nice location suffers from one major issue though. Parking... absolutely diabolical, people double parking, people parking in fire lanes, I've watched a neighbor spend 10 minutes trying to get out of her garage because someone was too lazy to walk 25 extra feet and parked right opposite her garage exit in a fire lane. I know her Husband has complained but only 2 notifications have been issued. Be pro-active, stick a note on doors letting residents know they are putting other peoples saftey at risk parking where they do, and risking damage to there own vehicle. Even better put in signs next to the fire lane (instead of just at the end), not expensive, and I bet some residents would even chip in to pay the $50 each sign. It might mess the landscaping up, but it's already messed up where people are half parked into the landscape in the fire lanes... With the constant notification of this problem, who becomes liable should someone require medical treatment and an ambulance cannot get to the location' The resident for blocking a fire lane, double parkers or the building management for neglecting a known issue' Just two days ago, someone was parked right in front of the No Parking Fire Lane sign... Many parking spaces... not. Management, drive around the complex around 7 or 8pm one night, and then write about the many parking spaces. When you've got around 50 vehicles parked on the road, and in some cases parked in the handicapped spot for the pool and mailbox overnight there's obvious issues which management are neglecting to deal with. In some cases, vehicles are so crammed in the driveway they are parked over the sidewalk! There are multiple locations where parking spots could be built, it may impact the layout a little, but Id sleep a little better at night knowing an emergency vehicle could actually get through to me.
