My fiancee and I were very interested in renting and drove by to visit Pine Meadow but one look at all the cars in the street made it very clear that this is not the kind of neighborhood we'd want to live in. When you have 2-3 bedroom units with only one parking garage clearly people are going to have to park behind each other. This would force me and my fiancee to constantly swap cars and the car that is outside would be the one driven the most.

Clearly the developers did not think this through as the result is a ton of cars double parked on a very narrow street. 2-3 bedrooms homes need to have 2 garages or at the very least two *parallel* parking spaces.
