The apt. is at a wonderful location, with access to I-35 and shawnee mission parkway that goes straight to the plaza. Our washer and dryer are ancient, and our dishwasher is old, but the apt comes with a garage, a safe community, and very attentive maintence staff and managers.
Kitchens are tiny if you want to cook elaborate meals. I had a noisy neighbor, but they've quieted down after notifying the office. If neighbor is noisy w/in 14 days of when i complain, they'll be evicted.
