Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
They never get around to fixing anything. They took 3 months to fix a broken water heater, so every couple of weeks you had to take a cold shower for 3 months. They took 6 months to fix a leaky washing machine (then proceeded to blame us for damage to the floor boards). And to top it off they charged us for an extra months rent because they claimed not to receive our letter saying we were moving out.
