I have been in this complex for a long time and love the location and the pinetrees throughout and the staff has been very accomodating. I have lived in a 2 bedroom on the second floor across from the pool which was wonderful. Now, I reside in a cottage with a private patio with a garage right outside my kitchen door, talk about home sweet home. After a long residency, only twice in recent years have I had to consult the help of management due to unrulely neighbors. The Community Manager's turn around response time was impeccable, they don't mess around. Merriam and this complex is the best kept secret for peaceful living and they want to keep it that way and so do I. The rent is very good for what you receive and the location is close to all Johnson County's favorite shopping areas. The other nice thing, the complex is just down the street from the new Merriam Convention and Visitors Bureau and Police and Fire Department.
