I signed up for apartmentratings.com just so I could tell my experience at this apartment complex. I am about to leave in a few months and I have had the most wonderful experience. The maint. staff is incredible and fixes problems within a few hours or a day after I call. The staff is friendly and have helped me out in a bind a time or two.
Of course I can hear my neighbors at time...but you are living in an apartment complex...YOU ARE GOING TO HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS...pleople that complain about that annoy me! The pool is always clean, the grounds always look nice, the washer and dryer in the apartment work great, and if it were not for the fact I am moving to another state in a few months, I would continue living here. If you are looking for a nice place to live...COME HERE!!! I don't know what else to say except this has been a VERY pleasant experience :)

I also live in the same complex. I would have to agree with everything reviewed above. Great staff and very prompt. Plus you can have big dogs! Rare to find such a great complex. I'm going to continue to live here until i can buy a house. I would highly recommend this place. I saw a guys who left his car window open for an entire weekend and no body touched any of his personal items. I never hear any loud party's or see too many rude people. If you live here you will be pleased.
