This was my first apartment when I moved out. I seriously should have stayed with my parents until I could afford better, or moved into the city... This place was horrible.

The first year was fine. Though the regular eviction notices on the door if you were a day late on your rent (and in the lease you had until the 3rd before late fees started) were annoying... Then the maintenance issues started. The fire alarm was broken for the first 2 years I lived there... HUGE fire hazard. The front door didn't lock. The kitchen is TINY. Barely enough room for a microwave on the counters and nothing else. ANTS and BUGS EVERYWHERE. The washing machines didn't work and the dryers didn't dry, causing you to waste an entire roll of quarters just to dry 1 load of laundry....

Then there's the management... They are the meanest people on the planet. I would repeatedly ask them to fix crap, but they would never get it done. When confronted, they would claim no report was ever called in. Lie. They towed my car away because I had a flat tire and needed a day to go get a new one to replace it. I went to work the next day and came home and it was gone. They told me that it was part of my lease that I can't have broken cars on the lot... IT WASN'T BROKEN... It was a flat effin tire! It cost me about 300 bucks to get the car back. Which they refused to reimburse...

When I finally was able to move out, they didn't give me my depost back because they said I forfeited it by not giving them a 30 day notice. When I went in there to tell them I'm not signing a new lease it was on the 29th day and they said it was fine. Then a month later I get a call from a collection agency saying that I owed 200 bucks to them for maintenance after I moved out.... VERY shotty management and they WILL screw you out of every dollar you have before they're done with you...

Oh, and my clothes were stolen out of the UNLOCKED laundry rooms. Which they refused to 1) fix the locks, 2) file a police report and 3) reimburse me for their lack of safety.

DO NOT... I repeat.... DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. The price may be very appealing, but seriously, it is NOT worth it. TRUST ME.

I completely agree the only reason I moved there was to save some money. I also had my car towed without notice because my tags were expired and no one notified me before doing so. Thin thin walls you can here everyone talking and roaches all the time everywhere. Some even crawled into my furniture. I never felt safe even when the maitenence man came to my door and asked me out on a date! That is how unprofessional the staff is. Constantly hit on by him and the manager did nothing! nothing! This place sucks! sucks! Everyone is hispanic or ------- american. Mexican and rap music always blaring through those thin walls! The place needs ton's of help poor run down property! Gross!
