My biggest complaint is the cleanliness. Since we had a dog, they refused to replace the carpet. The woman living here before us had 4 cats and lived her for 6 years. They did not do a good job of cleaning. It looked like most of the apartment just got a quick once over, skipping corners and floorboards. The carpet is disgusting.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is in a convinent location, just off I-35. Our deck was brand new when we moved in. The only time we dealt with maintenance was when we had a leak. They took care of whereever it was coming from, but there are still brown spots in the ceiling that they haven't bothered to take care of. I haven't really pushed them, since I'm relocating soon. Overall, for the rent, I think it is a good deal, especially if you get them to clean it properly.
