Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
I lived in these apartments for only 3 months. Then I got the hell out of there. The apartment itself seemed nice and spacious once I lived there I started to notice how bad things really were.
- I started to notice a lot of spiders in the apartment. I know alot about most animals but had never seen spiders like this. I caught one and looked it up and it turned out to be a brown recluse. The apartment was infested with them. I went into the basement and there were cobwebs and nests of them everywhere!! Needless to say I freaked out and went straight to management. (If anyone doesnt know Brown Recluse spiders are deadly). Management said they had already done pest spraying and I could request another spraying in 2 weeks. Told them about the basement and the basic response was "..and your point is''"
Maybe it was just my building but I got the hell out of there and moved. I have never been more afraid then having to wake up to spiders walking on you... especially deadly ones.
One other thing, while i lived in my apartment the balcony collapsed because of rot.
Definately do not recommend, live there at your own risk......
