I have lived here for three years....I have two small children and when I called complaining that I smelled gas, they dismissed it, SEVERAL TIMES!!! They told me nothing was wrong. Finally I called the gas company at 2:00 AM for them to tell me that I had a gas leak of 3 cubic feet per hous, which is BAD. My gas bill was also over $300 that month. I told the complex, and even the manager that they needed to reimburse me for the money spent for their crappy maintenance, and they never would. I have asked for my broken bedroom window to be replaced for a year now, and it's still broken. No matter how many times I tell them about bugs, nothing ever changes. I had MICE in my PANTRY, and they did nothing. I am moving next month, and good ridence! I HATE this place. The manager is mindless and the repair men steal from you....NEVER RENT HERE!!!!!

I agree with you. My sister and I even got robbed by some ceiling repair people when our ceilings were badly leaking from a bad snow storm! Whoever did it had plenty of time to go through the places where we thought noone would look. I notified the police, they checked in on who the employer was. The employer gave me back my stolen money but denied his workers for stealing. Two days after they fixed our ceiling one of the guys got arrested. A few weeks later I found more things stolen but it was too late to do anything else.
