I am going on three years living here. For the most part, I have had a good experience. The utilities are extremely low. The most I pay a month is $10 electric and $30 gas for a two bedroom. Very few bug problems, and not too noisy neighbors. There is a lot of parking available. You sometimes have to be persistant with maintence issues, but they eventually will take care of the problem. The only real issue is extremely bad cell phone reception due to the "thousand oaks" that surround the property. Yes, the management has changed several time recently, but what can you do about that' Happens everywhere. Nice location, is very close to a walking trail that is beautiful in the spring. I may be moving shortly to be closer to work, but I really liked living here. It's not high-class, but is very decent and affordable.
