First of all, one of the office staff's husband is up on child pornographic charges, this person has MASTER KEYS to every apt...These apartments are old and not kept up at all. There are over 350 apts and one maintenance man, if you have something wrong it is not uncommon to wait 3 mnths to have it looked at. If you do decide to live at Village apts make sure you get a middle floor, if you are on the bottom floor you WILL flood and if you are on the top floor your roof WILL leak and may even cave in! If you live on the Village View side beware of any apt # that has a 1 or 3 at the end. Under all of these apts are 6 ft crawl spaces full of water and MOLD... your apt will be full of mold if you live here, and the office staff is well aware of all of this!!! These apts are best known for lying to people and then getting them to stay b/c when your lease is up you get NO NOTICE, but the catch is if you do not give 60 days notice you are stuck with another year lease, this is the only reason they have any apt occupied at all. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
