I have been living in these apartments for only 2 months and have had to call maintenance 8 times. I had two leaks in two different spots this weekend alone. There's been a total of four, the first of which happened within 24 hours of my having moved in. I called management each time I had a leak, and they never even have the respect to call me back. I've had a contractor and two lawyers tell me to get the heck out of this dump because its only going to get worse. Maintenance always gets around to it eventually, but they can only do so much for a place that's just plain falling apart. I live on the 2nd floor and have to deal with floods and insect infestations from day one. Management has done nothing and offered nothing. They just send maintenance over because they don't want to hear tenants' complaints. DON'T MOVE HERE. Its definitely not worth the money.
