It is amazing the amount of mysterious additional costs that appear that residents get charged on the whim of the people in the office. You are told one thing and then they do another. Things are rarely fixed when you report them and they end up adding these random charges to you to gouge you out of more money. I have had the worst time living here. the apartments are filthy when you move in and they do not want to do anything to fix this. No one does like the people in the office as they are not trusworthy in the least. When my lease is up I will be moving out and accross the street to a much better complex. Make the calls to the Overland park police and to the Health Department. You will be amazed at what you find out.
