1st thing my frig didn t work! We didn t know and we had to go out town for a week because my grandmother passed away and came back with a apartment selling like bad food. And to find out the frig went out. When we called the office the Assistant manger told me that they couldn t do anything for a week!! YEAH A WEEK! I was so mad. So I called back and talk to the Manger and let me tell you she mean and hateful she talks down to all the residents, but of course she so nice when you are paying to move in. But she told me to stop calling about the frig and that they will get it to me when they can. So I asked her if she was going to take some money off my rent for all this and she told me NO! She not nice! But the assistant manager is so fake its horrible and the leasing agent it lazy Hello I rent my apartment thro the assistant manager. WOW. They are really bad with roaches. They are everywhere. I wouldn t move into this apartments. I wouldn t even wish this on someone I HATE. They are horrible and I wish I would of looked into them more. They will tell you anything to get you into the apartment I was told I would get new carpet and didn t, and I was told I was getting new shower head and I never got it. They pull you in with a 14 mo. Lease and you will get 100 off your rent. But really not bad but it s not worth it at all because they don t keep up anything there is trash everywhere. There was a girl that was nice in the office but I guess she had to quit because of all the managers there are mean. there is no parking also i have to park on the other side and when i went to rent a car port they told me No they didn't have any but all the staff has one... HMM right. And let you know i paid my rent on time EVERYTIME

I WOULD LIKE TO ARGUE WITH THE THINGS THAT YOU HAVE SAID ABOU THIS PROPERTY!!! I HAVE LIVED HERE NOW FOR OVER 4 YEARS AND I HAVE BEEN HAPPY THROUGH ALL OF IT. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER IS ALSO THE ONE WHO RENTED TO ME AND SHE SEEMS TO BE THE ONE PERSON THAT REALLY DOES PUT FORTH ALL THE EFFORT AND THEN SOME. THE ONLY ISSUES THAT I HAVE HAD HAVE BEEN THROUGH ARE THE MINOR ONE'S THAT HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF ASAP. SO YA I STRONGLY DISSAGREE

I have have to agree with the original poster this place SUCKS and should be condemed. My mom always had to fight off cochroaches, and they would NEVER do anything about the noisey neighbor or the fact that they trashed out her patio. They were dumping water on her when she was on her patio. Oh yeah and the worst part she got side swiped, and another time the tires got slashed and car keyed. This area is NOT a good neighborhood. Even the maintenence people complained. DO NOT RENT here you will be sorry!
