I lived here for one year and the unit I lived in had the most god awful landscaping in the front of the unit. There are no gutters on the buildings and the water runs directly onto the grass. On our unit, this made for a giant mud front yard year-round. When we moved in there was trash mixed in with the mud and it was disgusting. The patio areas are hardly usable as they are in disrepair. We had numerous spiders daily in our unit.

The staff was friendly but apathetic to your concerns. I loved the location but our unit was by far the worst in the complex. Make sure you see which unit they're giving you prior to move-in. Also, the carports are typically muddy and disgusting as well.

The landscaping here is actually very nice. I'm sure you didn't have mud year round like you stated. This apartment has been a great place to live for the last 3 years.

Check out 11233 West 107th Terrace - mud front yard, year-round. It's located behind the pool behind the club house.
