I rented the one bedroom with stairs and no study. I liked the layouts, but the hallway going upstairs is so narrow that you can't fit any couch up it. I tried everything and finally settled with assembling a futon myself on the living room floor. Don't let management blow you off by saying you should "take it over the bannister." It does not change the dimensions and on the way up no big furniture will fit in that model. Also would get very cold at the bottom of the door by the stairway, electric bill went through the roof in winter. The complex has grim color scheme outside, chipping paint everywhere, off the building patios and your front door and blinding white paint inside. Don't expect the management to try to make you happy though, and watch your nickels and dimes regarding your deposit. Also you can expect ten notices on your door over a few weeks claiming someone will come out to replace your air filter and then noone ever comes and they re-schedule a bunch of times. I had a pretty good experience with the actual apartment after I solved the couch problem, left my apartment clean. Make sure you schedule your walk-through when you move out and don't turn in you keys until you have everything in writing. Management is tricky and will charge you for used carpet and anything else they can come up with. They have a restoration agreement to help them do this so read it carefully. The manager didn't show up for my walk-through and I made the mistake of trusting them. They made up a bunch of stuff and said they had "pictures" and someone else is moving right in so I can't come back for a walk through myself to see the "damage." I think it used to be a nice complex but is going downhill, probably not worth the $ since it's no better than other cheaper places. It was quiet when I was there but my last few months I had noisy neighbors. Overall I am disappointed with the experience and won't go back or recommend it. To me the most imporant thing about a landlord is that they are nice to work with and trustworthy. Not the case here anymore.
